Ripoff withdrew money from my account twice without my consent

I called in for my son who heard advertisment on radio for a "free sample" of epiclear for his face. I requested free sample was told it would be $9.95 that was my 1st mistake radio had said only $4.95 for free sample.

Then placed order for the free sample only nothing else. Then confirmed order and shipping fee and told the rep that that was all that would be charged to account nothing else rep said that was all.

Then about not even 3 weeks later my checking account had a withdrawl of $39.90 not once but twice for this product. I called epiclear and spoke to a nancy and of course no last name she said was sorry but it did show my account had been withdrawn without my authorization so she got with her manager and had agreed to credit my account for the amount that was taken plus any overdraft fees the money would be back in my account within 36 hours.

Well 36 hours later still nothing called back again this time asked to speak with manager and of course the manager my the name of katie had no notes of that said did not know who nancy was of course and could not refund asked for her last name said could not give it to me go figuire

So now i am out $79.80 plus overdraft fees of $60.00 all for a " free sample " for $9.95 stuff that did'nt even work that will teach me to ever buy a free sample again!!!
