I opened up an email about Dr. OZ, and how he promoted this nutritional weight loss product. It was "FREE" trial sample... So I broke my own rules and ordered. I knew, however, that you usually have to give your debit card for the shipping and handling. I pushed the "No Thanks" tab on every page until it got to the order... Then I saw the price of $129.95 and tried to back out of the order. It did not back out... It went through. I DID NOT order 5 bottles of whatever... I DID NOT authorized to pay 129.95 or any amount... And it still went through. I called the "cancellation policy" procedures, then another number, then another number, and every number I found related to my order... (5 numbers and 5 emails)... And every one was a "customer care" person who could do nothing about it except try to put in a discount. Even the corporate office I called off the website... Said "these are unauthorized companies and we have nothing to do with these customer or order numbers..."they are not ours."

Therefore, if I ever get my money back... I will be amazed. I will re-train myself to NEVER, EVER order anything off the websites.
