Ripoff dishonest fraudelent billing deceptive company

I had ordered a Free sample for which I was charged $1.95 and another for $1.00 I had 14 days from receiving the sample to cancel however I received 2 bottles the day after receiving my samples when I called for a refund they did not refund me immediately as I was told. I had to call back two weeks later.

When I was informed by my bank that I was overdrawn I was told I would be refunded the overdraft charges plus the charges for the pills I didn't want and did not order. However when I checked with my bank they only refunded a partial refund for the product and no overdraft charges. They still owe me a total of $74.54 they told me it was for shipping and handling and that they would refund the bank charges after I faxe them a statement from my bank which my bank did fax and no they are telling me they never received.

At first when I called they said they had no record of me calling the first time after arguing withthem for 20 Min. All of a sudden they changed their mind and said I would have to talk to steph because she is the one handling the account however "Steph" is never there and does not call back I don't think there is a "Steph" there is no e-mail for her I have filled out the complaint form on their site and still have not recieved any response.

Watch out for this company they say it is a Free sample but they charge you anyway then you get their product whether you want it or not and they still charge shipping and handling for sending it back they are very dishonest and I would never deal with the company again they are still sending me e-mails even though I have requested a few times to be taken off the list they keep offering me free samples yeah I will not fall that one again.
