I ordered a dress for my daughter. I agreed to a price of 161.90 that included shipping charges. I was charged 195.00 plus a 5.98 foreign exchange fee. I sent an email to the company and they said they would give me $10 back in the package with the dress? I am not sure if I have been scammed or if the dress is on its way. Have you heard anything about this company?
