We ordered a dress on-line at 1stpromdress4u@gmail.com The dress arrived in the wrong color and the quality was very poor. We contacted them immediately. They asked us to send the dress back and they would give me a refund on my credit card. I sent the dress back to them at my expense ($85.98 shipping cost!) and emailed them 6 times to follow up. It has been over 11 weeks since they received the dress and I have not gotten a refund, nor have I heard back from this company. The total loss for us was $493.88.

This was a prom dress, which my daughter saved to purchase. I take the time to write this report in hopes that nobody else gets scammed by this company. Very good lesson in purchasing online - don't be trusting, DO YOUR HOMEWORK before making an online purchase with a company you do not know.
