Tried on a dress I ordered for the first time and the zipper came off because it was not properly attached. The company did not offer to send me a new dress.instead, they agreed to let me return the dress only I had to pay for shipping to them $50 and they would subtract their shipping charges (I paid for shipping when I bought the dress) and other fees.in the end, they offered me $17 for a dress that cost me $103 before shipping. This is ridiculous.
