I bought a magic bullet from TVP Direct on the 12 December last year. I was supposed to get it in 30 days but I still haven't received it. I called the but keep getting told someone will fix the problem & send it. I was given the Sydney office number but it is always engaged. I seems like a scam. I have called fair trading for help.
