Direct buy of toronto northwest37-2500 williams pkwy e brampton, on l6s 5m9tel 905 793 0639i bought a 50' hd plasma lg tv from ucc total home for $2462.40 on the november 21, purchase order 0378-026855model 50pc3dmanufacture;- lg i pick up the tv and signed for without opening the package on december 11th. I keep the tv will about opening it because it was a chrismas present till december 17th when i opened the box i saw the scream was crack on the inside, so i stop the instulation and wait till monday the december 18th when ucc total home open and called them and notified the of the problem and i was told to retune it back, which i did, when the saw the tv they (ucc) told me they will get back to me in few day to come after they contact there head office. On december 20th ucc called me and said that there is notting they can do for me because the tv was with me for almost 8days, that i should contact lg the manufacturer for the warranty. I called lg and lg told me that they only accepts returns/repairs or exchanges through dealer in which the tv was purchased ie ucc total home who is the legitimate customer of lg, that ucc should send rma (return merchandise authorization. I called ucc total home with this information and few days later ucc told me lg did not approved the rma, there for i should come and pick the demaged tv that is my responsible for it. Ucc total home have my money and the tv that i porch with them. Please use your good office to resolve this issue.

Please tell me what I need to do to get my Tv Back or my money. THANKS
