Three Weeks Still Waiting for High Definition Problem Fix

I hate Direct TV and everyone who works for them. Three weeks now, I am still waiting for them to come by and fix my high definition problem. I called the office of the president of Direct TV and still nothing.

They keep telling me that someone will call me back within two hours. Ha ha ha.

Remember one thing.
