I purchased a sofa from Affordable Furniture. I paid fro the sofa using my credit card. When the truck arrived with the sofa the driver stated that he could not fit the sofa through the door. I suggested that he remove the legs of the sofa. He bacame very irrate, put the sofa back on the truck and drove away. When I tried to contact the company, I was told that they had moved! I know it has been a long time since I have tried to get my money back. I gave up hope after contacting the Better Business Bureau who told me that I must pursue this issue in court.
