Levin's Furniture Poor Quality
Sofa broke in 1 month - Jackson, 434703 belmont brown sofa

On 02/27 our new large sofa was delivered from Levin's Furniture Middleburg Hts., Oh store. On April 1 the cheap wood frame broke. Since I paid the $69.00 for the "protection Plan", I phoned the 800 number for claims was told a tech should come by Thurs. 04/05. Today, claims office phoned stated tech in hospital, they will try to see if another tech is available to come out but Thursday is out of the question. This supposed other tech makes his own schedule hence I was told he will call me. I asked what are we to sit on since sofa bottom is broken, her reply was that is why I am trying to get another tech. Really, I would love to toss this broke ass sofa back at them. I see this will be a long and tedious fight. Not good business, not quality sofa.
