Bedbug Infested Sofa

I am very upset consumer and decided to write to your station as well as BBB, health department and the corporate of the Ashley Furniture. I have purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture at Sprigdale OH. My Sofa is invested with Bedbugs. The exterminator came into our apartment and confirmed that the bedbugs originated in the sofa. We even had landlord confirm that the apartments we live in never had bedbug history. Now the store cannot help me, the manager is extremely rude and they will not take the sofa back saying that it is my problem now. Even with the policy of 30 day being able to return the sofa they will not take it back. I am so upset and they are expecting me to pay for it too. I researched and there are many other consumers that have purchased furniture from Ashley Furniture in other states and it is infested with bedbugs.
