Unprotected / rude an arrogant employee

On several occasions i have had issues with my system. From false alarms to motion detectors going off at odd hours waking me and my kids up in the middle of the night. Cops have wasted their precious time on false alarms. On several occasions I have lost hours off of work and stayed in for technicians to correct the problem only to have them reoccur. Today my fire smoke detector from vivint went off nonstop. I was trying everything to turn it off but couldn't find a way. I had to leave for work so I took off the smoke detector. Meanwhile the fire department was already dispatched. Here I am late for work. My kids come from school and i depend on your system that I pay for to protect my kids myself and my house. Someone from Vivint contacted me after this last incident.By now I am so frustrated with this company and its unreliability that I told the woman from vivvint to have a manager contact me this evening. She said she will. Did I receive a call??? NO! I DID NOT. So once again i wasted my time by calling vivint because my system is beeping for no reason. We are trying to sleep in peace which is why I choose your company in the first place. There is a yellow box with an exclamation in it and I don't know how to by pass the smoke detector so I could use my system. I asked the inconsiderate employee that spoke to me. His tone and his nonchalant ways of I don't give a damn behavior only made my situation worst. He said that managers and supervisors don't give a call back! Yet when I go on your site there is a call back option for sales people. So this inconsiderate employee of yours didn't even offer to have anyone from a complaint department or customer service to give me a call back. Yet he continued to be inconsiderate and arrogant. Unfortunately I was to upset to take this inconsiderate mans name. But we spoke on 3/29 between 12:00 am and 12:20 am. How can you be a company of protection when a single mom of two kids is trying to protect herself and her kids and puts her faith in your hands?
