Had a new living room set delivered to my house Feb. 6th. Also purchased a goof proof stain warranty that i was asured would cover any stains created by my children. On the thirtenth of March I called a bout a few stain spots on the love seat and was told that this was not covered. When i went to remove the cushions to try and wash them, i noticed the seat springs in the back of the couch had broken thru and schredded the back of the cushions. I called customer service again and scheduled a "repair tech" to come on wednesday 3-27. I arranged for the day off and was told there would be a phone call letting me know what time they would arrive. After returning from the store at 9am this morning, there was a message on my phone that they had been there at 8:30 am and no one answered the door. I immediatly called customer service and the woman told me that she would arrange a come back today and that again i would be notified ahead of time. At 11:00, again while i was out, i recieved another call that they were at my door and no one was home. The woman explained to me that on come backs they do not let you know when they will be there and that the other lady was mistake. I want my money back for the defective furniture and a refund for the warranty
