I bought a living room set from rooms to go on March 31 I had also bought the protection plan for 3 years and at the time of sale our sales guy said that our warranty would cover everything for 3 years and we would have no problems if something went wrong. When we got it set up i tested the stain guard to see if they sprayed the set and they did not. I also noticed a residue in the glass to our coffee table and that the middle our couch was sinking and i spilt something on the couch so I called customer care and they said " there is nothing we can do about the glass but we will have our service tech come out and look at the couch"

They came out a week later cleaned the stain looked at the couch fix the bottom cover that had fallen off and said someone would call me back in 3-5 days, did some one call me back NO. So I called them and they told me that the service tech said that there was nothing wrong with the frame so they could not do anything about it that day that i would have to have them come out 3 more times before they would replace because thats what my warranty requirements were.

They came out on 9/12 to clean a stain and to look at the sinking now on the love seat said they would call and did they NO so today is 9/18 and i called them. Apparantly the warranty I bougt was for stains only and that they could not and would not do anything about the couch and loveseat sinking, or the stain because it was customer neglect and that they will not do anything about it because the 100.00 warranty i payed extra for does not cover neglect but was supposed to cover any and evry stain when i payed for the set in full.

My question is? What does the stain have to do with the sinking in the sofa and loveseat?

I called the store and I had to make an appointment for another service tech to come out this is the most ignorant company i have ever had to deal with, they do not care about there customers at all all they care about is profit that is why they sales crap, and there waranties they don't honor. I will never buy or recommend buying anything from there ever again it is a TOTAL RIPOFF OF TIME AND MONEY

I don't think that they should be able to do this to people anymore I'AM SEEKING AN ATTORNY
