We have had a horrible experience w / the Roomstore. I bought a complete living room set from them. After about 4 months the couch started to literally fall apart. The seams were coming apart on the frame of the couch and the cushions. I called the warranty place came to fix it. Fine, Then 2 months later same thing on the love seat, I told them, this is a defect in how the couch was made, I dont want this. You can tell the cushions were pulling every time yous at on them, the warranty person who fixed them even told me, he thought it would keep happening. This happened 4 MORE TIMES on each piece. I Finally said "I AM DONE I WANT A NEW SET, I want a new style and new couches " After going round and round they TRIED to tell me that it was no longer covered under warranty because I did not purchase the extended warranty. I think not!

The ended up replacing the set. Fine, Things are good.
NOW 2 months after THIS SET, the cushions are collapsing, not holding their shape on the back of the couch and love seat. And the bottom covers are snagging. They come out to look at them the warranty person says " I will recommend they replace all the cushions. I get a call a few weeks later from the room store and (BTW I paid EXTRA for the EXTENDED WARRANTY on the new set) they tell me " we will not be covering your couch the tech said the damage was done by your CAT and your warranty is not VOID!!!" WTF? Are you kidding me.
FIRST OFF, my cat weights 18 pds and is 14 yrs old she cant even GET on the couch. Second off. WHY Tell me your going to replace them then NOT.

They tell me they wont even cover the cushions collapsing, they wont send a tech out, the tech place will have to do that. I call teh tech place, They tell me they cant do that the room store has to.
I make another call to corporate. And Finally after complaining they are replacing all the cushions. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from them again. They try to weasel out of their warranty all the time.
Why offer it if your not going to stand behind it?
