Brian and Melissa Konitzer the owners who are working this company with a roofing lic which is on hold because their credit card got declined when they tried to renew it did work on a house I own. They never closed the permit with the county and to make matters worse they did not finish the job because of the poor workmanship they were red tagged but instead of making things right they just disappeared. Now I am trying to sell this house but can not close until I pay Konitzer's fines and the fees he owns the county and I also have to hire a pay an engineer to certify the roof. I contacted Brian and he told me he would look into it but as usual he has disappeared and will not take my calls or respond to my messages...
