Miscellaneous

On January 27 we received notice from Paypal that you purchased three of our eBooks. The following day we sent you this email from our gmail account:

“... Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate your support.
The boar book and the tutorials will be sent to you from our yahoo account.
Subject line: Boar Bok Delivery”

Subsequently we sent you an email from our yahoo account to which the three eBooks were attached.
The subject line of delivery email clearly identifies the message as related to your book order as indicated in our notice via gmail.

Yahoo mail records and their detailed headers show the three attachment and the delivery path for our email to you. Your email account with cox.net received our email together with the three attachment.
Thus, you received delivery of the three eBooks you ordered.

Despite this indisputable, documented fact you filed a charge back request with your credit card company claiming falsely one month later that you never received the merchandise you ordered. It appears that you never once in the past four weeks checked you mail folders, including your spam folder, for the missing book delivery. You also neglected to use common sense by sending us an email asking about the missing' book delivery. Any one of these steps would have resolved the matter.
Instead you decided to pursue what we consider a baseless claim with the obvious goal to enrich yourself by claiming nondelivery of goods that were indeed delivered to you and by making false statements to your credit card issuer in order to get the purchase price refunded.
We consider your actions an obvious attempt at defrauding us.

Your trumped up, baseless claim for a refund of just under 18 dollars has prompted YOUR credit card issuer to charge US charge back fees twice the amount of the purchase price for your fraudulent claim.
This will not stand.

I will send copies of this letter to Paypal for their consideration, to usacomplaints.com to warn others of your scheme, to Clark Howard for his discussion and to your local authorities for investigation of possible fraud.
If necessary we will sue you in court in order to get the name of your credit card company. We fully intend to hold them responsible for charging us for your attempted fraud.
