I purchased a handbag from dreampurses.com and waited approx. 4 weeks to allow time for delivery. (Although the site does state 7-10 days). When I did not receive the purse I purchased via credit card I sent an email inquiring a delivery time frame. The email response I received...

I emailed you the day after you placed your order. I explained to you that when you ordered I was in the middle of changing payment processors and that you would need to ask for a refund through your credit card company. You just had to tell them that you did not receive your merchandise and they would credit you and I would not contest it on my end. I asked you that once you received your credit to pay for your item through the PayPal invoice that I sent to you. It may be possible that the emails went to your spam folder. My products do not take 6-8 weeks to receive they take 7-10 days. I apologize for the inconvenience but because I do not use that credit card merchant anymore I am not allowed to credit you because they still have your money. It is waiting for you to ask for the credit. If you need any additional information or if there is anything else I can do for you please send me an email. I will help anyway that I can. If you still want the handbag I can send you a paypal invoice for the item or you can just go through the website as I have updated a lot of new merchandise once you have received your credit. *I called my credit card company and they stated that since the purchase was made and processed that it would not be their responsibilty. Of course this makes sense as they have nothing to do with dreampurses.com problem with their changeover.

I emailed 3 more times requesting credit and all 3 emails went unanswered.

To this day my "dreampurse" is still a dream... Bought and paid for!!
