Before you read my report:

Call your credit or debit card issuer now! File a dispute against just flowers as soon as possible.

Just Flowers will never voluntarily give you your money back. You must fight their FRAUDULENT BUSINESS Practices. They are the definition of RIP OFF!!!

Here is my story:

I ordered prior to Mother's Day for delivery on May 9. Not only did they NOT deliver, they did not notify me that the delivery was not completed.

When I called them the voicemail stated that call volume was high and suggested that I send an email since they had no way of confirming delivery. That was my first suspicion - how can a company whose business is delivery have no ability to follow through?

Tried calling several times at different times - came to realize that the supposed voice recording was simply a timed hoax which automatically disconnected once you the pre-planned hold was over.

Then I sent an email... This is their exact response:

" We are sorry to hear your arrangement was not received, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our system shows the order was delivered, and the florist hasn't told us there was a problem with delivering your order. We must first verify the delivery status before beginning the cancellation/refund process. We will contact the florist ASAP, and will subsequently contact you with the resolution of your refund/cancellation request. We thank you for your patience in this matter.

Now bear in mind that they stated on the voice mail that that they had NO way of verifying delivery... Now their system shows delivery... Hmmm.
That's when I started to draft another email demanding a refund. Before I could complete it I had an automated phone call from them apologizing for NON-DELIVERY and offering me $10 off asking me to press 1 to confirm delivery for Tuesday, May 12th!

So now I send an email telling them that they cannot have it both ways - They documented their FRAUD by leaving me a voicemail confirming that the flowers were never sent, at the same time insisting by email on a confirmed delivery, all the while claiming in their message that their system does not track deliveries!!!

I told them that I would not let this issue go unresolved and that I would contact the authorities immediately. That was the very last response either by email or by automated phone message. They have neither offered to issue a refund nor responded to my phone calls. I asked them to call me since they have my contact information - and yes, you guessed it, they never called. They did however collect a full $63.00 - a part of which was payment for expedited service! I will get my money back! Maybe not through them voluntarily but I have enlisted the services of my bank.

Call your credit card or debit card issuer now and file a dispute. You will never get your money back otherwise!!!
