FRAUD, plain and simple

Homeandwine.com has had my US$199.66 since 11/23, and they have not given me my money back. They have not responded to my emails, nor have they responded to a complaint that I filed with the Better Business Bureau of Atlanta, GA.
This company stole my money. After reading about others' similar experiences here, I have given up hope of recovering my lost funds. It was an expensive lesson. I will never again pay for online purchases via PayPal.
In detail, here is what happened to me:
I made an online purchase from homeandwine.com on 11/23. The purchase price (total) was US$199.66, and it was paid via PayPal on the date of purchase.
As of 12/3/08, I had not received my order. I inquired via email.
On 12/4/08, I received this response from homeandwine.com: *
Thanks very much for your recent order... For the Vinturi Wine Aerator. Due to an issue that we have had with PayPal since early last month, we regret that we are unable to fulfill your order... We have been trying to resolve the issue with PayPal for the last few weeks so we could have shipped your order in a timely manner. * etc. * Before you order at the link above, please log into your PayPal account and dispute the charge for non-delivery. This will ensure that your order is promptly refunded by PayPal. You will receive an email from us also stating that your order has been cancelled. * etc. * *
On 12/4/08, I submitted a claim for reimbursement with PayPal.
On 12/4/08, I received an email from homeandwine.com indicating that they had officially canceled my order.
On 12/9/08, I sent homeandwine.com an email requesting a refund. I received no response to the 12/9 email.
On 12/15/08, I received a notice from PayPal that my claim had been closed, but they had been unable to secure a refund from the seller.
On 12/15/08, I sent a follow-up email to homeandwine.com asking for my refund. I received no response.
On 12/16/08, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Atlanta
The BBB tried multiple times to contact the company to resolve the complaint, but their communication was left unanswered.
On 1/13/08, the BBB closed the case & left it unresolved.
