False promises, lies, and 400 to leave - sat. Tv

I tell you Direct TV is a rip off they promise a price and never once have tried to fulfill their contractual obligations in which they now say they will charge me 400 dollars to cancel the services. Their Marketers hounded me for 3 months and finally offered a package for phone, internet, and direct tv for 108 dollars total, but in turn charged me more and even made me pay more for channels that should be local. I have never once received anything I was promised and after months of calling and calling they now say that they cannot do anything to help and to write to their organization. How dare they take advantage of people like this. How is it that an organization that is supposed to have the top customer care rating if they are lining and ripping off their customers. I was promised three services by their marketers and have yet to see any price close to the deal I signed up for. It is sad that such a big organization has to do such things to its customers. Sad, so sad; needless to say BBB here I come. Like and share if you agree.
