Debt Recovery: They said that they can take the money from my acount without my notice or permission

I had not idea I had owed them money from an old account. So when I get my tax return, they took over $800 from my account with my notice saying its from an old account I owed them from. When I call to ask why, they say its in the TERMS section. That they can take the money without my notice of any kind.

Basically they STEAL the money. Then refuse to help you in any way.
