Fraudulent collection status

The Affiliated Acceptance Corporation is a fraudulent collection agency, and they posted an account on my credit report stating that i have a collection account with them.

To my surprise, when i received a credit report, i had their name on my credit report, and a not so good standing or score. I had previously signed up for a personal trainer from Golds Gym, by a separate company called Custom Built. They obligate you to sign a contract, and i agreed to have an automatic withdrawl from my bank account. The payments were not being taken out of my account, and as my trainer was not getting paid, i decided to contact the company. No awnser. As i tried 3 or 4 times to contact the company, i got nowhere, and figured my contract was void.

To my surprise, months later, a collection agency popped up on my credit report, only to notice, it had no amount posted that i owed them, had no description, and had in no way shape or form contacted me with any information regarding this collection, and i had no idea i owed them any sort of debt. I would THINK that if some company wanted money from me for a debt that i owed to them, they would CONTACT ME, to notify me of the amount i owed, the reason i owed it, and so on so forth. So now, i had a horrible standing on my credit report, and am in the process of fixing it. All i know is this company needs to be stopped.
