Sears national Bank collection scam

I received a notice from this agency saying I owed a bit of money on an account for Sears national Bank. They did not say what kind of account nor when it was supposedly opened. I say supposedly because I have never had an account of any kind with them. They offer options for settling the debt. I checked my credit reports to make sure no one opened one in my name and they are clear. My question is do I need to do something about this or just ignore it?
