I ordered flowers on 13th of Feb (order number 1146285?) to be delivered on Valentine's day the 14th but it was delivered a day latter. I paid for a service i did not get, i contacted the operator on 15th and she said i will be contacted tomorrow. I have been waiting to hear form the manager regarding the order, but have not heard any thing yet?
