I wanted to send my partner's mum flowers and went online and liked some flowers on Bloomex. I then called the phone number and placed an order - I payed $14.99 for the order to be delivered by 5pm - I had placed my order at 11am-

The delivery got there at 8:24pm and they failed to deliver the message I had wrote. The person who receieved the flowers did not know who they were for and I had to explain and apologize.

It caused me great distress because I needed the flowers to be there by 5pm the latest and my message was not also delivered. I am very upset and will not be using this service again.
