Flowers never delivered

I never write reviews but after using bloomex for 2 occasions, I cannot believe the appalling result. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday last August and they NEVER GOT DELIVERED! BLoomex claimed they were delivered (which was impossible as someone was home all day). We finally received an refund after many phone calls.

This mother's day we decided to try bloomex again (terrible idea) hoping that it was a one off last time. Once again, NO FLOWERS DELIVERED! I can't believe the audacity of the company, stating online that again, the flowers were delivered!

Overall, this is the WORST floral delivery company I have ever dealt with, and I will NEVER use Bloomex again. They are completely unreliable, and have yet to deliver ANY of the bouquets I have ordered. We have not even been able to reach customer service as there are no operators available.
