1. Damaged the stuff
2. Ruined expensive equipment. On the claim the management responded that they did not.
3. Tried to load as slower as possible (hourly rate)
4. in the middle of the load tried to push for the second truck hiring
5. Tried to load light stuff and leave furniture unloaded ("no space")
6. Left some stuff behind
7. Stopped unload in the middle asking for unreasonable amount of cash.
8. Failed to show ID (illegal immigrants?)
9. Left a lot of litter
10. Really sad experience
