I bought a $5.00 gift card for my girlfriend for valentine's day and they charged me twice, for one gift?!

Sent several dozens of emails and I quickly realized after reading this, they are scamming people out of their its damn pathetic!

I am revealed it was only a small amount and feel quite sorry for other individuals who have purchased more...

I spoke with my bank and they told me the only solution is to ask merchant first and then they will dispute the claim and refund my account, however that results in a new card... Which is extremely inconvenient for a small amount of this.

Totally disgusted and shocked at a pathetic maneuver on facebook's part.
