Charged Twice for a $5.00 Valentine's Day Gift Card

I bought a $5.00 gift card for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and they charged me twice for one gift?!

I sent several dozen emails, and I quickly realized after reading this that they are scamming people. It is pathetic.

It was only a small amount, and I feel quite sorry for other individuals who have purchased more...

I spoke with my bank, and they told me the only solution is to ask the merchant first, and then they will dispute the claim and refund my account. However, that results in a new card... which is extremely inconvenient for such a small amount.

Totally disgusted and shocked at a pathetic maneuver on Facebook's part.
