Thousands in $25 and $50 Charges Over One Year

We have been charged thousands of dollars over this last year from Facebook, www.fb.me/cc CA, and I have absolutely no idea if this is from Facebook itself or a scamming company pretending to be Facebook. My bank, thankfully, is going to credit us back for the past 60 days, but the charges go back over a year. I have deleted all Facebook accounts. I am furious with Facebook and will only be reading books from now on. Most charges were either $50 or $25.
