Ripoff credit card scam, People's Rebate Association Canada

I come home from class and recieve yet another telemarketing call. I'm so preoccupied while listening to this once in a life time chance to get a 2500 dollar limit credit card for a one time annual fee of 299.95 that I in a hurry agree. They say that my card will be sent in 10-15 days.

Well its been over a month and I have not recieved a card. I never thought that i would be a part of a scam or how they could get my number. Well I reported this to my bank and I am now in the process of trying to get my money back. I have called these people several times and its excuse after excuse. I just had to go to my bank and not deal with them.
