Ripoff

On November 30 I received a call from someone with the peoples rebate association the offered me an unsecured credit card of $2,500.00 with cash back options the APR would be at a fixed rate of 8.5% and i would pay 5% minimum payment of what i used they said it would be fedex in 10 days i would be able to use the card as soon as i called the number on the card and activated it. The told me i could visit visa.com for terms and conditions i was very skeptic about this so i asked several questions the provided me with a # 866-514-6231 there would be a one time fee of $299.95 it would cover all the annual fees and etc. After talking and asking questions i finally decided to do it since i am a single mom and am in school i thought it would really help with the bills however instead i find out that i don't get a credit card i get coupons for the net and an application for a credit card now i am out 300.00 i have no way to pay rent and i can't seem to contact them because the number they gave me is not linked to who they are it's fake and no one can seem to help me.
