I purchased NYPD Blue on 11/12. I recieved a e-mail on 13/12 stating my order has been completed & has been shipped. 6 weeks later, I emailed DVDKangaroo on 31/01 advising them on this & received a reply from Gordon Kennedy (Customer Support Manager) on 01/02 advising they will contact the post office & put a trace on the package & the post office will contact me with the results in 3-5 working days. I emailed them again 12/02 advising that I haven't heard from the post office or recieved a follow up e-mail from them, but a failure notice was sent back to me. This so-called company must be having a good laugh & as they have scammed all of us. All I want is my money back.
