I then had not received anything and replied to support@dvdkangaroo.com and they replied with the following email-

I'm sorry for the delay.

I will contact the post office and put a trace on the package.

They will contact both of us with the results in 3-5 working days.

We will get this sorted out for you.

I have still not heard back so tried to email again and it fails to send the email.
