Ordered a DVD box set called 7 days from kangaroo bvd on the 30/12 and on the 6/1 I sent them an email saying that my they billed me but its saying my order isn't in there system, they said that it was completed and already in air mail on the 7/1 and that it would take 3/4 weeks. So I waited and on 4 weeks from the 7/1 I sent another email asking about my product with no reply then again on the 1/3 and got postmaster saying there was a problems and couldn't find the site
