I ordered Five Mile Creek for my parents for Christmas and Little House on the Prairie for my family on December 13.48 days later I still had not received them. I emailed them and received an email back from a Gordon Kennedy saying he would contact the post office to track it and that would take another 3 to 5 days. That was January 29. I still heard nothing so yesterday and today February 24th and 25th 2013 I emailed them again to find out what was going on. And both days I received an email saying there was a permanent error and the email didn't go through. Then I tried to go to their website again and it said there was an error and it wouldn't load. And then I saw all the complaints against them. How do people live with themselves!!!
