I was misled by the initial tech who was really savvy to misleading me about the support they could provide. He led me to believe tat he was representing Apple as a tech support. I was shifted to another tech and another and then the call was lost. When I called back and spoke to supposedly an office staff she screamed that I was NOT going to get a penny back from this company! When I called the office this am I get a recorded message that they are not open!
