I called mytechhelp.com and I was told I was speaking to a support person but really he was just a sales guy. I was having issues with my server and he said he was running diagnostics. Really I think he was just buying time until there was tech support available. He told me identified the issue and that it could be resolved. Asked for a $150 for a one year contract for tech support. I agreed and then he disappeared and a tech support guy came on and had no idea what the issues were and no diagnostics had been run. Further the license agreement was for SIX MONTHS NOT ONE YEAR. I immediately said I wanted nothing to do with this company and they charged me $50 for a tech support call I didn't get. This company is a total scam!!! Avoid them at all costs.
