I am writing the approximate amount and date ws between July and august when I called the At&t customer services to request a number change and the person that helped med took avantage and change my plan a nd whe primary number was switch to the secondary number, I had this plan since last three years ago This was my plan 700 family plan with a $20 dollars plan for unlimited 200 messages and 200mgb of data. Since the summer my plan is &30 d0llars fors for data and message. Now I dont have message and requesyed to be block I cannt afford to py $20 text and & $20.00 for data than I dont use. My complain is that only eare are forcing me to have the plan they want to impose and not letting me shoose when I am paying for the bill. They are forcing to pay i plan I can not afford. If ai cancel the service they are going to change more for cancellation services. I need help because I dont have any choices for a service I need and have to pay for a plan cannt affordforced from AT&T.
