Missed-delivery tag left while I was sitting by the door

I was supposed to have a package delivered to my house today. It did not get delivered. I looked at my door and saw a door tag from your company saying they tried and could not reach me. I was sitting in the living room, right by the door. So do not tell me that you missed me. I want to pick up my package at one of your stores. Today, not Monday.
