Samsung s3: Crashes, Horrible Battery life, CAN'T EVEN DOWNLOAD APPS - Samsung Galaxy S III

I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with this phone and my wasted $200 on it. I bought this phone as my first smartphone, so any problems I had with it when I bought it three months ago, I let it slip. But no, the problems are still there. First of, my Google Play never works, crashes everytime I open it, or never downloads any apps even when I went to Best Buy to get that fixed. Secondly, the battery is horrible. I have very few apps downloaded, always have the screen set at the lowest setting, and still, never lasts me more than a few hours. Other than Google Play, almost every other app I do have crashes within a few minutes. I am a very patient person, but I can't handle this phone anymore. I was better off with my crappy 2006 flip phone.
