Battery Problem Under Warranty but Replacement Is Charged

Hi

I have purchased a Samsung Grand Quattro 6 months back and now having battery issues.

Now it's in warranty and Samsung is asking for battery replacement charges.
Please confirm why should we pay for the battery issue when we have a full Samsung warranty for a year.
