T-Mobile Gives Car Sales Pitch on Samsung Vibrant should work with MS OUTLOOK! But Doesn't!

Buyer Beware of T-Mobile!!!

So I call T-Mobile and ask specific questions about the Samsung Vibrant and compatibility with MS Outlook with a USB. They give me the car sales pitch and if I don't like the phone "just return it for a full refund."

Well I bought the phone and found out it doesn't work with what I have. This was confirmed by Samsung Vibrant apps Kies is for UK apps and not US apps.

Well I now have a screwed up Windows, Outlook contacts and cal., and waisted time. So I take the phone back to pay a re-stocking fee for the bad info.

Goto Google and type in "T-Mobile complaints".
