Rude Staff and Slow Geek Squad Service at Charlotte Store

Everyone at this store was so amazingly rude and awful. The geek squad is a fraud... I paid hundreds of dollars for their service. The first time I ever ask them to help me, I had to wait 24 hours they said. One big fraud and nasty to top it off.
