Terrible terrible terrible

This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had! As a university student I don't earn that much money, however I really love my mom and saved up enough to send her a boquey and I ordered flowers for her birthday. THEY NEVER DELIVERED THEM! I was in constant touch with my brother who was at home, to ask him if they had come. And I paid extra for the morning services, it didn't get there before noon so I called them and they told me it had got on the truck AT 12:45!!! Around 4 when it still wasn't delivered, I called them a second time I called them they said it was still on the truck and would certainly be delivered, at 8 PM IT STILL WASNT DELIVERED and I had to be on the phone for an hour to get a refund, AND MY MOM NEVER GOT HER BOQUET, I am so unbelievably pissed off with them, and certainly won't be buying from them again, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering the flowers, hopefully I can stop an innocent sucker like myself from throwing away hard earned money on these swindlers
