Bloomex flowers is a terrible and dishonest company

I am SO upset I did not read reviews before I ordered.
I placed an order for same day delivery for flowers and balloon.
They then called saying I owed more money for the flowers to be delivered.
I agreed they then told me the balloon would be removed DID NOT HAPPEN.
Then the flowers never arrived
next day got an email claiming that the recepient did not them that day so would be delivered a day later.
I called and told them that was not what I ordered and wanted a refund as the person receiving them was gone.
They ignored this
kept calling customer service DOES NOT EXIST kept going to lady selling flowers

Worst worst company!
