Flowers not delivered

I have ordered some flowers for a total of 90 USD. They have been delivered to the wrong address, and despite 15 email exchanges with this company, they have not delivered these flowers after 10 days. They refuse to refund me.

I would definitely not recommend FROM YOU FLOWERS to anyone.
