Flower order complaint

I've ordered a bunch of flowers on 21 Dec and they've confirmed that my flowers will be delivered by 22 Dec. But up to now (6 Jan), the flowers are still not delivered.

Although numerous emails have been sent to them, no confirmation or reply is going to tell what's going wrong!

I'm very angry as the flowers are for my gf's birthday on 24 Dec. I'm worried that my flowers won't be delivered even on my gf's next birthday!!!
