Directtv shame on them

My Father had a massive stroke and I had to put him into a nursing home. I called direct TV and asked them to cancel the service due to this tragic event. They said no he signed a contract! Three months later my father passes away and I asked directtv to cancel the service which they do but bill my Father for canceling early. Are you kidding me! Outraged I refuse to pay for the canceling of a contract due to death!!! They sent the account to a colliction agency (ok its not like my Dad cares of his credit score is 700 or 200 because he is dead). What kind of company does bussiness this way! I will tell you a heartless one. Bottom line if tragedy should strike your family heaven for bid, directtv will not care.
